Microsoft 365 & AI Automation

In plain English
What this service means, without the jargon.
Most businesses pay for a whole toolbox and only ever use the hammer. We set up the rest of the tools properly, lock the toolbox so nothing leaks out, and then add a smart helper (that is the AI part) to do the boring, repetitive jobs, so your people can spend their time on the work that actually needs a person.
01The pressure you are under
Does any of this sound familiar?
Most organisations use only part of what they pay for in Microsoft 365, while staff experiment with AI tools that may expose sensitive data.
Files live in five places and nobody can find the latest version
Email attachments, desktops, personal OneDrives and an old file server. Teams and SharePoint were switched on but never set up properly.
Staff are pasting client data into free AI tools
Good intentions, real risk. Without a policy and the right tools, confidential information quietly leaves the business.
You are paying for licences nobody uses
Licence sprawl is common. Most tenants carry unused or wrong-sized subscriptions month after month.
The same manual tasks eat hours every week
Copying data between systems, chasing approvals, re-typing forms. Almost all of it can be automated.
What it costs to ignore
The bill arrives either way. It is much smaller when you choose the timing.
- Hours per person per week lost to manual work and hunting for files.
- Confidential data exposed through unmanaged AI tools and open sharing links.
- A Microsoft 365 tenant with no security baseline is the easiest place to break in.
- Paying for Copilot without the clean, well-governed data it needs to be useful.

Questions we hear
Straight answers.
Is Copilot worth it for us?
Only if your data is organised and secured first. We assess readiness honestly. Sometimes a handful of Power Automate workflows deliver more value than an AI licence, and we will tell you so.
Is our data safe in Microsoft 365?
It can be very safe, but the defaults are not enough. Multi-factor authentication, conditional access, sharing controls and a proper backup are what make the difference.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace or an old server?
Yes, with a planned migration that keeps people working throughout.
What does an AI usage policy cover?
Which tools staff may use, which data must never be entered, how outputs are checked and who is responsible. Short, practical and written in plain language.
